Space and its depiction are central concerns for artist, Trevor Kiernander. As he works on several canvasses at once, conversations are formed intuitively between the paintings, the precise geometric forms and the more painterly strokes that make up his compositions.
Trevor Kiernander has exhibited widely across Canada, Russia, Europe and the USA and he has been nominated for many awards for his abstract artworks: including, The Mint Collective Residency, The RBC Painting Competition, Bloomberg New Contemporaries, The Stanley Mills Purchase Prize and The Cambridge Centre for the Arts
